I finally came up with a name for the short story. Blowing Smoke. This is the wide shot, which is nice, but I can’t use it for a book cover. Also, the earlier close up I made is too tight. I made another render with some handles for the cover.

I’ve ended up using this pic for a few graphics, and the old one was noisy, so I made a clean render. Added some extra space so I can crop it into a cover in the future if need be.
