Gyllenhaal previously starred in the video game adaptation #PrinceOfPersia which didn’t go well. The film is an adaptation of the recent #TomClancy game that was a smash hit. More of Clancy’s work is being made into video games and his #JackRyan series is being rebooted on #TV with #JohnKrasinski. #TheDivision joins a list of upcoming video game movies like #Warcraft (#TravisFimmel), #AssassinsCreed (#MichaelFassbender) and #SplinterCell (#TomHardy). It’s great to see this awesome actor finally with a possible franchise of his own.
