Years ago I bought the Mortal Instruments. I immediately put it down, it’s a clichestorm of every trope in the YA book. At least the series has attractive people and I ship them all 😜. We were talking about Logan’s Run with a 40 year old friend of mine. I mentioned, yeah, it’s been remade and attributed several times, there’s even a new netflix show where people die over 22. And she was stunned, she said: Only 22? Not even 30? So I realised its harsh not being young these days. Series like 13 Reasons Why, are the reason I support Netflix. Even though the content selection is limited in Greece, they are the ones betting on edgy series, supporting indie filmmakers and making shows I actually want to see. The subscription is tiny compared to the value of the content, if you wanna be legitimate and not pirate stuff.
